Studio Policies

All clients must:

• sign a hold harmless clause and release form - available in studio or can be printed below

• have health care insurance

Absolutely no street shoes permitted on the workout floor. Please bring separate shoes to workout in.

Do not leave any personal items in the lobby. All street shoes should be left near the front door. All personal items should be placed on the long shelf in the hallway or on the bench. The Workout Place is not responsible for lost items.

No refunds.

Monthly classes are not transferable.

No tuition reduction for missed classes. Make-ups for missed classes are to be made up within the present month.

There is a $35 fee charged for all checks returned by the bank. No exceptions.
