Lou provides personalized one-on-one training sessions, available in thirty-minute and one-hour formats, at the gym, or online in the comfort of your home. She begins with a complimentary consultation to assess your strengths and weaknesses, allowing her to create a tailored program that is safe, effective, and aligned with your unique body, lifestyle, and fitness goals.
Lou works with clients of all ages and diverse needs, including weight loss, self-esteem, flexibility, strength, joint issues, back pain, arthritis, and conditions like MS and Parkinson's. She also supports those without health concerns who aspire to be functionally fit but are unsure where to begin. Lou firmly believes that maintaining a healthy body enhances recovery speed in the event of illness.
